What counts as a seat?

A seat is one person who can sign into the HiveSight app and have their network mapped. Adding manual connectors (just a LinkedIn URL, no sign-in) doesn’t consume a seat. Connectors added via Google Calendar enrichment also don’t consume seats — they’re soft connectors.

What counts as an ecosystem?

Plans cap how many ecosystems a workspace can run — Solo workspaces are scoped to a single ecosystem; Team and Enterprise lift that limit. Most teams stay on one ecosystem regardless of plan — you’d spin up a second when running a meaningfully different motion (new product, new segment) that should be reported on independently.

Billing

All paid plans are monthly. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — your data and intro opportunities stay intact through that window so you don’t lose pipeline mid-cycle.
