The HiveSight Chrome extension adds a right-edge sidebar to Google Calendar. Open any event with external attendees and the sidebar surfaces a HiveSight dossier for each one — your team’s warm paths into them, the strongest connector, shared context, and a deep link back to the dashboard. It doesn’t run on LinkedIn or other sites — the only host the extension touches isDocumentation Index

calendar.google.com.
Install
Add the extension
Open the HiveSight Calendar Dossier extension in the Chrome Web Store
and click Add to Chrome.
Sign in once
Sign in to HiveSight at hivesight.so in any
Chrome tab. The extension picks up your session automatically via
Clerk’s
syncHost mechanism — no separate login.Open Google Calendar
Visit calendar.google.com and click any
event with external attendees. The HiveSight sidebar slides in from
the right with a dossier for each attendee.
What you’ll see
Per-attendee dossier
For each external attendee: name, title, company, ICP fit, and the
top warm-path connectors on your team who can introduce or vouch for
you.
Shared context
Schools, prior companies, mutual connections, recommendations —
everything the in-app dossier surfaces.
Recovery flow
If HiveSight couldn’t auto-resolve an email to a LinkedIn profile,
paste the LinkedIn URL inline. The dossier worker re-runs and the
brief lands next time you open the event.
Deep links back to HiveSight
Click any prospect or connector to jump straight to the connector
view in the dashboard with the full network context.
How session sync works
The extension never asks for a separate login. Once you’re signed in to HiveSight in a regular Chrome tab, Clerk’ssyncHost bridges the
session into the extension. Sign out of HiveSight and the extension is
signed out too on the next event open.
Ecosystem switching
If you have access to multiple ecosystems, the extension popup (click the HiveSight icon in your Chrome toolbar) has an ecosystem switcher. Pick the ecosystem whose graph the sidebar should query.Privacy
- The only host the extension reads is
calendar.google.com— it doesn’t run on LinkedIn, your email, or any other site. - It reads the currently-open event’s attendees so it can ask HiveSight for dossiers. It doesn’t read your full calendar or any unrelated content on the page.
- It never writes to your calendar, only renders an overlay sidebar.
